Returns
Return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.

Sale, clearance, or promo items (unless defective) 💸🚫
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Defective/Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days with photos.
We’ll cover the return if it was our mistake.
Refunds
Processed within 1–5 business days after we receive and check your return.
Refunds go to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s our error).
Exchanges
🔄 No Direct Exchanges: We don’t swap items directly. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, simply return your original item and place a new order for what you want. 🛍️✨
Cancellations
❗Cancellations: Must be sent to staceyonlinestorebb@outlook.com before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and standard return policies will apply. 🚚⚠️
